Unwanted Products/Exchange

Returned items for refund or exchange must be received back to us within 14 days in a new and unused condition and with the original packing intact, along with all receipts.

All products sent back for a refund will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will be made in the tender type originally transacted.

A further carriage charge will apply for products requiring to be exchanged.
